Sales Tax
Items that are shipped to Connecticut state customers are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.

Delivery details
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin processing until the next business day.
An order processing generally takes 2-3 business days.
Please contact us if you need a special delivery (expedited) for an order.

Return policy
All sales are final. In the exceptional event of receiving a product with a material defect, it must be returned within 5 days to qualify for a refund or re-shipping of a new item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us with your concerns, and we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution to the problem.

Privacy Policy
We collect your name, shipping address, phone number and email. This information is necessary to process your orders. Arjeent is NOT collecting payment details information, as payments are processed securely via PayPal. We never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We will not share or intentionally release personal information other than to you, Arjeent and its authorized representatives who are employed to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may include sending postal mail and e-mails, delivering packages, fulfilling orders. Our representatives may not use personal information for any purpose other than in performing their functions for Arjeent.com.
